Meatless Mondays is a movement that encourages people to skip meat for one day a week and choose plant-based options instead. More and more people are altering their diets not only for ethical reasons but also cost. Eliminating animal proteins for at least one meal a day can help save on your pocketbook.

Here are a few of the most significant advantages of participating in Meatless Mondays:
